Kanchenjunga Falls is a stunning waterfall that is one of Pelling's top attractions. Rabdentse Ruins are steeped in history and offer the greatest view of the Himalayan Mountains.Tashiding Monastery is a significant Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Pelling. Rimbi Waterfall is a spectacular waterfall along the way. Yuksam and Khechopalri Singshore Bridge - This suspension bridge, 32 kilometres from Pelling town, is one of the highlights of the Pelling Kaluk Tour. Khecheopalri Lake, also known as Kha-Chot-Palri, is a must-see on your Pelling tour package. Kanchenjunga National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site recognised for its rare Himalayan birds and fauna, as well as its spectacular mountain views. Itinerary

Day 1 -Begin your travel for Pelling Package Tour with a Meet and Greet at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport [IXB]. Check-in at the hotel upon arrival. The evening is yours to do as you like. Overnight in a Kaluk hotel.

Day 2 - Today is the first day of your Pelling Sightseeing Tour. After breakfast in the morning, go to:

Rimbi Waterfalls - Rimbi River Bank is located approximately 12 kilometres from Pelling and 5 kilometres from Darap hamlet on the road to Khecheopalri and Yuksam, where the primary attractions are the river and waterfalls.Make an everlasting wish on Khecheopalri Lake before departing. It is a highly holy and sacred lake, and the birds forbid any leaves from falling on it. Photographers and bird watchers will find this lake to be a modest paradise. The peacefulness and sacredness of Khechipelri Lake enchants visitors. Attend the Maghe Purne Festival in April, which is marked by the floating of Diyas and the offering of food.

Orange Rock Garden - created by Sikkim's tourism agency, featuring rocks, gardens, pools, zigzag foot pathways, and unusual recreation services such as a swimming yard, overlooks, and café.The Kanchenjunga Water Falls, about an hour's drive from Pelling, are a must-see natural wonder. Pemayangtse Monastery - built in the 17th century, this Nyingma sect headquarters is located at a height of 2085 metres and is surrounded by snow-capped mountains.

 

Rabdentse Ruins - Located near Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdentse was the Sikkim Royalty's second capital after Yuksom. The city's ruins offer a spectacular perspective of Khangchendzonga and the valley. Stay in Kaluk for the night.

 

Day 3 - PELLING TO BORONG TRANSFER [2 HR 3 MIN (53.8 KM) 

Check out of the hotel and drive to Borong after breakfast. Borong is a popular tourist destination for trekkers heading to Maenam Hill. Borong is known for its looming Himalayan vistas and varied avifauna. In reality, the Maenam Bird Sanctuary is open to birdwatchers. Borong will be our home for the night.

 

DAY 4 : RAVANGLA SIGHTSEEING TOUR

NAMCHI/CHAR DHAM - THIS PILGRIM CENTER IS HOME TO A 108-FOOT-HIGH TEMPLE, WHICH HOUSES AN 87-FOOT-HIGH MONUMENT OF LORD SHIVA. THERE ARE ALSO REPLICAS OF THE TWELVE JYOTIRLINGAS TO PROVIDE A SINGLE PLATFORM FOR LORD SHIVA WORSHIPERS TO WORSHIP.

THERE IS MUCH MORE TO SEE AT SOLOPHAK (NAMCHI) THAN MERELY VISITING THE PILGRIMAGE SITE. JUST A FEW KILOMETRES FROM SOLOPHAK (NAMCHI), THERE LIES TEMI TEA GARDEN, SIKKIM'S SOLE TEA PLANTATION. YOU MAY ALSO STROLL TO TENDONG BIODIVERSITY PARK TO WITNESS THE MYRIADS OF MEDICINAL PLANTS LOVINGLY MAINTAINED BY THE SIKKIM FOREST DEPARTMENT. A WATERFALL NAMED TIRIKHOLA, LOCATED 40 KILOMETRES FROM SOLOPHAK (NAMCHI), IS ALSO A MAJOR TOURIST DESTINATION, AND YOU WILL UNDOUBTEDLY LIKE THE SCENERY OF THIS WATERFALL.

TEMI TEA GARDEN IS SIKKIM'S SOLE TEA GARDEN, SPRAWLING OVER A NATURAL HILL SLOPE COMING FROM TENDONG HILL. TEMI'S TEA IS REGARDED AS ONE OF THE BEST IN THE WORLD. YOU'LL PASS VIA RAVANGLA, A TINY VILLAGE AT THE FOOT OF THE MAENAM HILLS AND A POPULAR TOURIST ATTRACTION, ALONG THE WAY.

THE 45M-HIGH STAYTUE OF GURU PADMASAMBHAVA LORDS OVER THE WOODED SAMDRUPTSE RIDGE AND IS VISIBLE FOR MILES AROUND, PAINTED IN BRILLIANT COPPER, PINK, AND BRONZE. THE DALAI LAMA MONUMENT RESTS ATOP A GIGANTIC LOTUS PLINTH AND PROVIDES FOR A BEAUTIFUL PICTURE OP. IT WAS COMPLETED IN 2004 ON A FOUNDATION STONE SET BY THE DALAI LAMA.

BUDDHA PARK - LORD GAUTAMA BUDDHA'S BIRTH ANNIVERSARY WAS 2550 YEARS AGO IN 2006. IN SIKKIM, THE STATE GOVERNMENT MADE A POLICY DECISION TO COMMEMORATE THE BIRTH ANNIVERSARY THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. THE PEOPLE OF RABONG TOOK THE INITIATIVE TO BUILD AND INSTALL A STATUE OF LORD BUDDHA IN RABONG TO HONOUR THE 2550TH YEAR, AS WELL AS TO PROMOTE THE BUDDHIST CIRCUIT IN SIKKIM, AS PART OF THE CELEBRATIONS.
